General & Basics
What is a Dynamic QR Code?
Unlike static QR codes (which have the linked URL hardcoded into the pattern), a dynamic QR code points to a Redirect Server first. This allows you to change the final destination URL anytime without reprinting the code. It also enables powerful features like scan tracking and analytics.
Do your QR codes expire?
For Free users, created QR codes are permanent but features are limited. For Premium users, your codes leverage our high-performance redirect network and remain active as long as your subscription is maintained. We never delete your data without ample warning.
Can I use the generated QR codes for commercial purposes?
Absolutely! You have full commercial rights to any QR code you generate with us, including the AI-generated artistic ones. They are perfect for product packaging, business cards, and marketing materials.
Features & Customization
How does the AI Art generation work?
We use advanced diffusion models to blend your QR code pattern with artistic prompts. The result is a scannable image that looks like a piece of art. Note: Artistic codes are slightly harder to scan and require a 'Quiet Zone', so always test them with multiple devices before mass printing.
What scan data can I track?
Our dashboard provides insights on: Scan Count, Unique Scanners, Device Type (iOS/Android), Browser, and Approximate Location (Country/City) based on IP address. We respect privacy and do not track personally identifiable information (PII) of scanners.
Can I customize the frame and colors?
Yes! Our editor allows you to change the foreground and background colors, eye shapes, and patterns. Pro plans also unlock the ability to upload your own logo to center of the QR code.
Billing & Account
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes, you can manage your subscription directly from the billing dashboard. Changes are pro-rated, so you only pay for what you use.
Do you offer refunds?
